Der Gemeindevertreterverband (GVV) Vertritt die Anliegen der Gemeinden gegenüber Land und Bund und wirkt bei fast allen wichtigen Entscheidungen mit. Der GVV Scheibbs hielt heute seine Bezirksversammlung ab. Dort wurde nach dem Bericht des Obmannes Bgm. Stefan Schuster, Grußworten unseres Abgeordneten Anton Erber und einem interessanten Referat des GVV Präsidenten LAgb. Alfred Riedl der Vorstand neu gewählt. Einstimmig stimmten die Gemeindevertreter folgenden Wahlvorschlag zu: Obmann Bgm. Stefan Schuster, Stellvertreter Bgm. Martin Ploderer und Bgm. Franz Sonnleitner, Finanzreferent. Bgm. Franz Sturmlechner und Schriftführerin Bgm. Waltraud Stöckl. Für die musikalische Unterhaltung sorgte das „Dreier Blech“.
