Sanierung der Wohnhäuser

Die Vorarbeiten zur Sanierung der Wohnhäuser in der St.Johannesstraße laufen. Eine Änderung des Vergabegesetzes ermöglicht die Direktvergabe von Aufträgen unter 100.000 Euro. So werden bei fast allen Gewerken Lunzer Betriebe die Arbeiten ausführen. Mit Schlossern, Dachdeckern, Zimmerern, Elektrikern und Fenstermonteuren habe ich bereits Vorgespräche geführt. Die Baumeisterarbeiten mussten auf Grund des Auftragsvolumens ausgeschrieben werden.

Sobald der Schnee weg ist wird es losgehen.
